It's no secret that we like eggs. Scrambled, fried, poached and boiled... But one special way to serve eggs which is often overlooked is, yes, devilled. :D We caught up with Amanda, founder of @ketoforlesskilos on Instagram for her twist on these babies and they are DELICIOUS.
Amanda used the Hunter and Gather Mayonnaise featured in our November Edition.
For this recipe you will need:
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- Few spoonfuls of Hunter and Gather horseradish mayo
- Salt and pepper
- A piping bag
- Your choice of garnish. This can be crispy bacon pieces, spring onions, chilli, seeds etc.
Cut your eggs in half and gently take out the yolks. Place the yolks into a bowl with your mayonnaise and seasoning and mix well. You may need to add a little water if the mixture is too thick. Spoon mixture into your piping bag and fill your eggs. Top with your garnish and you will be sure to impress!
