Krave Kit is a Low Carb & Keto snack discovery subscription box. Each month you'll receive 10+ goodies, delivered straight to your door! Some of which will include, sweet & savoury snacks, drinks, condiments, samples and much more! You will also receive discount codes, so that you can repurchase your favourites at a discounted price!

Sign up by 5th of the Month to receive that Month's box. Any orders placed after 5th, will be scheduled for the next Month's box. For example, if an order is placed on 17th March, your order will be for the April box. If an order is placed on 4th April, you will still receive the April box. Should you order on 6th April, you will receive your first box in May.

Our Keto snack box is £27 plus p&p.. Keep a look out on social media, you may find a discount ;-)

Postage within the UK is FREE and takes 2-3 working days. 

Postage to Europe costs £10.50 and takes 4-14 working days, depending on your home postal service.

To ship to any country outside Europe costs £24.99 and can take 5-10 working days. 

Please note that delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed outside the UK.

Please note that due to Brexit, some postal services have change.
Although due to the low cost of the box customs is rare - Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. This charge must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance. We advise that you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges.

Please contact us as soon as possible, either through the 'Contact us' page, or email us at hello@kravekit.com with your new address, to ensure you package is received at the correct household.

We are so sorry that you have decided to cancel your subscription. Please log in to your account to manage your subscription. We hope to welcome you back to Krave Kit soon.

Please note if you are cancelling because you would like to resubscribe with another discount code, you don't have too! Please email us at hello@kravekit.com and we will be more than happy to apply this to an upcoming charge.

Your box may be returned to sender if you have given us an incorrect address, or if your box has been waiting at the sorting office for more than 18 days without being collected. If this happens, it is important that you notify our customer care team, at hello@kravekit.com, within 60 days of your initial box being sent out. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will be unable to resend your box or process any sort of refund.

If you have ordered a previous box from us, please note that our handling time for these is between 3-5 working days. Your order will be processed and shipped asap. Once your box has been sent, you will receive a dispatch email letting you know your box is on its way to you!
